Make sure the kill switch is not engaged. This will prevent any spark. Also there's a good possibility that the broken magnets may have damaged the stator. The stator generates the voltage for the ignition system. You can check the stator windings with a meter.
I have checked the kill switch and it is good,the stater does have little damage,I have bought a multimeter but not sure what to set the knob to or what readings i need, I really do apprieciate the help you are giving,if I could afford to have someone else fix it I would,but we cant so I try my best.
