no spark lower cyl 1964 28hp johnson

hello, I need a bit of help here on my 28hp 1964 johnson motor. I have all the safety cut out switches bypassed. the other day I went in the boat to go fishing and it ran fine when I got to my destination. After sitting there for several hours I started to head back and I lost a lot of hp. Found out today the lower cyl is not firing. I have replaced points, condensers, and coils. what might be the issue here that lower cyl won't fire?
the model is rxel-14d that is actually a 33hp motor but similar to the 28hp engine was swapped. please help. thanks

Plug or plug wire? Try running it a dark location and see if there's any arcing off that wire.

Also, when you say you replaced those parts, was that before it started acting up? Condensers these days usually come from China and have a very high failure/doa rate.

Yes I replaced wires too and I checked with spark plug tester. yes I only have maybe an hour on the parts.

Have you rechecked the spark and compression?

yes I did spark OK on upper and none on bottom compression is about 100 on both. Checked ohms on bottom plug wire between spark and ignition coil all OK. checked ignition coil, OK. Checked condenser, OK. now what?

Points set correctly, maybe they slipped.
