No spark 4hp 98 model

Bought a good looking 4 hp Johnson, 98 year model, but no fire either cylinder. What should I check first? Does it have a power pack? Can I get the condensersm coils checked somewhere? JHave more time than money.

it has the ignition module, and a dual coil. either could be bad. you can go to here and see the engine diagram. follow prompts.
