no pwr to motor 40 hp yamaha

yamaha 40 hp has no prw to unit to include trim/tilt or start. replaced battery. is there a master crt breaker in the control/shift unit. don't know where to start troubleshooting.

Look for a fuse under the cowling. I think it is a 10 amp on that motor but not sure.
