Without checking fuel pressure/fuel delivery you are putting the cart before the horse....
gas tank vent
anti siphon valve
fuel pressure
fuel volume
I've been driving fuel injected cars since 1987 and haven't had to clean injectors yet.

And without putting the software on the engine we don't even know if it is a fuel system problem...

Worth probably noting that I’m almost certain this will be the early gen 1 mpi version. Not the usual, later and more common mpi. Different ecu and ignition system used from the common mpi seen from around 2002 onwards. Apparently known for gremlins in their early form like this, I hear. Will likely have a more conventional looking distributor cap, rather than the flat cap that came later.

Quite right. Likely to be MEFI-1 or MEFI-2 system.

MEFI-1 and EST ignition
The MEFI-1 has very little it can advise of problems. Timing is set using base timing mode at DLC connector. Connect a wire between pins A and B, then use a resistive 12V LED or digital multimeter with tone to see or listen for codes. Light will flash 12 (flash, short pause, flash, flash, longer pause) if no codes are found.

Place gauge on fuel rail and see if pressure stays up.

Found it but tell me what you think, I got fuel tester and checked the gas pressure I turned the ignition on it went up with hesitation to barely 35 and dropped right back down to 25 and it held there for a 15 minutes or so started the engine it dropped even more to about 19 as I rubbed it up gently but it seemed like as I ruvve it up it drops down … I call it bad pump 90 % what is your thoughts before I go buy a new pump.
Thank you soooo much.

Very important piece of information I will keep this one for future problems, thank you very much

Fuel pressure regulator?
Agree, need to check if the regulator or the pump is the problem unless your replacing both as a unit

To see if its the Reg, block off the return line going back to the filter and see if it goes to 60 psi, but don't let it go higher can damage the Reg
