No power to port motor

I have a 1989 SeaRay 280 with twin Mercruiser 5.0 MPI's (installed 2010-150 hours each) with alpha ones. The port motor is a bit of a problem child- the latest issue is that the motor is receiving no power. When I turn the key there is no dead battery click, the fuel pump doesn't prime itself nor does the blower run (blower ran off that motor). Starboard runs like a top. Port side I installed new ignition switch and fuse, new battery, new Perko, traced all lines accessible between the motor and battery, and battery and helm for ground disconnects or other loose wiring. I have played with the throttle/shift controller and do not believe it is a bad neutral safety switch on the port control (single action-shift and throttle in one). Does anyone have any ideas? I am essentially electrical illiterate and wanted some advice before I took it to the shipyard. It ran strong last weekend and then suddenly this issue arose.

Check for battery voltage at the alt output post, if none check the starter for a whitish, square plastic block. A fuse link the is most likely bad. Can test with a wire from the + battery to the Red/purple at the slave. This should liven up the gauges and allow the key to operate the starter

Do you have twin throttle remotes ? What’s the set up with the kill switch lanyard on your set up and when the engines were installed, was it properly wired to suit (if you have a combined remotes system with just one kill switch. Just a thought.
