need help on 50 hp 1977 Mercury Outboard, would get on top of the water last year, checked compression, 60 psi on all, would come up to 110 with oil, replaced rings, bearings, seals, reed valves, started it up, it ran what I though was good out of the water, started it up a few days ago, took it to lake it still would not get on water, checked compression was 70 psi on all cyl, just has about 1 hour on it since overhaul, I all so checked trigger and stator, new carb kits, and fuel pumps
