What temp is this motor running at? If you have water coming out the exhaust holes you more than likely have flow through the motor.

I would buy a gallon or 2 of cheap vinegar warm it up good and hang it 2 feet above the pee hole then it hook up with a small drip line....into the pee hole
to help clear any "caltrate" issues .

anything goes now....

Is your motor running hot? 130-140F or so would be normal when warmed up. If you burn your fingers on the top of the cylinder head, it's too hot.

Today I will find out if WD40 had any affect on the pee situation. Yesterday morning I went and put a good shot of WD40 into the motor. I took hose off and give her a real good shot. Last evening I gave her another shot. Took lower unit off, which I can do with eyes closed now. I put a small pump in a bucket with water and hooked up to the tube going to the head and pumped water for 10 min. in between give her a shot of air them back to the pump. Put lower back on . I want to take back to resivour this morning. Wife is getting upset about the water at home. Ill keep you posted. I remember when I first fired the motor just after I got her it did nit pee much at all and I ran a wire up tube and black oily **** was on the wire, so also it dont show any signs of salt water use . In closing is it a real big job to remove the power head. I did that couplke years on a 35 hp 1979 merc and got her back togethger and it ran fine.

This has been an adventure for you for sure. That black stuff could be impeller material that could be clogging things up.
Removing the power head is not a big deal but there is always a chance of breaking bolts. Just take your time if a bolt doesn’t feel right Don’t force and use penetrating oil and heat to try and work it back and forth to break it free.

Well I took it out to the reservoir and backed it in and you might know it wouldn't start this 22° here in Ohio I don't use starting fluid I've been told it's hard on two-stroke motors so about 3 mi away from Walmart I'm going to get me some carb cleaner headed back to the water but a good sign when I tried starting to turn it over it paid and it seemed to be a steady stream which is really a good sign I'll keep your boys posted and boys are really appreciate all your input

Premix Fuel in a spray bottle is a good alternative to starting fluid. Just a little bit will wonders. I hope everything works out for you.

Starter fluid does not bother a cold motor for one starting attempt !!!

With the right puller ( 3 bolts ) and the correct technique the flywheel pops off.
