So work has been just insane, so I haven't had much time to really test out the boat, but I did get it in the water and run it around the lake, all issues seem to be resolved, it is quiet (gear whine is gone, and will go into gear after running for a while. I think the other drive had a problem from the start and it just took some hours to start falling apart, I will check back in during the fall time when they let me know what the problem was. Thanks for everyone's help. I will be trying to put some hours on it in the coming weeks and see how it holds up.
