My older son just closed on a house he is buying for himself and soon to be wife.He's lived with us his entire life.(24 years old)<br /><br />His younger brother (23) just graduated from Purdue University, so he's back home. <br /><br />Lose one,gain one, guess I just can't get ahead. :D

All in do time,the house will be yours again,but your probably going to miss them when the nest does get empty,when i moved out mom turned my room into a sewing room so there was no going back,congrats on your sons house.

:) Most of us go through that empty nest thing!!!<br />And when you just get use to it, you get either a phone call or a knock on the door from that empty nester asking to come back and you and the woman that you have been chasing around the house in the nude now have to go back behind closed doors!!!! ;) :cool:

LOL... When my oldest got married, I thought oh boy! Fat city! Three months later he and his bride moves back in. Six months after that they get divorced. <br /><br />We are empty nesters now (finally) and LOVE every minute of it.

Our sewing room has been changed back to a bedroom 3 times already :D Oh well, glad to be there to help :)

OHH yeaa, They keep coming back. We now have my daughter and her two cats with us for a month. I don't mind a month or so visit but I can do without the move in's until ?????. :)
