No compression in #1 cyl 69 55horse

Just did a compression check on my 1969 55 Horse and found out I have no compression on #1 cyl. #2 120 psi #3 120 psi what am I looking at for repair and about how much if I do it myself. thanks bob

Need to pull the head plate and take a look.

Possible broken rings/scored block/Hole in piston/Blown head gasket.
