No answers in manual #24 for tilt/trim question

my drive will go up perfectly, it just makes a loud click and does nothing for the down part. i looked up manual 24 and could not find a single topic on the trim solenoid as i am assuming this is the problem (after doing forum research). just want a diagram of it and a part number. also still confused as i need a starter too and don as well as others gave me multiple starter numbers (i am going with sierra 18-6913)

#24 manual is for the engine, not the drive. DO you have an Alpha or Bravo drive?
Go to the Adults Only sticky at the top of the forum and download the DRIVE manual for trim problems.

#14 is the manual for you. Look at the section on troubleshooting. All the info you will need to find your problem very easily.
