Ok can you help me read this book . Red lead to SB ( sky blue ) to Black lead to B ( black wire) should give me 13 k ohms and so on. The layed down 8's are untested or just give a infinity reading.

Book says use tester with a battery with less than 3 volts all my testers have 9 volt batterys

The best thing to do is for you to call Tohatsu at 972-323-6003 and have them help you through the process. They are there M-F from 9 -5 CST.
