Re: NFL - Super Bowl!
Ran it past the wife (my chef ) She does 450 degrees for 1 hour AND recommended that you use a sheet of parchment paper under the wings on the cookie sheet and you will not have to flip them. The parchment paper is the way to go...... lightly spray the paper with a cooking spray and there will be no sticking. You will end up with a crisp outside and not charcoal.
The wife loves the Thai green curry and would like your found recipe!
Wings, atomic chili and a bottle of 14 Hands Merlot here. I'm pretty much a hermit so it will be a party of one, but it will be a party. Yeeha!
Got a question for you chefs though. I was looking through some wing recipes and found one for Thai Green Curry that intrigues me. The only thing is they say to roast the wings at 500? for 45 minutes. Doesn't that sound like a lot? I mean both temp and time. I've never done wings that hot. I guess I'll try a few wings at that setting and see whether or not I end up with charcoal. Keep you posted.
