Reports saying LeVeon Bell missed walk thrus the night before the Jags game (heard he showed up 5 minutes before it was over). Also was late arriving on game day. Reports also say at least one coach was late too. As far as I'm concerned Bell needs to go. No room for selfishness and immaturity, don't care how good you are. And if Tomlin is going to let this stuff keep going on then he needs to go too. Discipline has been a huge problem here ever since Tomlin took over. They continue to win games purely on talent but with the lack of discipline they will never win a championship. When you get to that level you need every advantage you can get and with no discipline it will be hard to beat the top tier teams that are in the playoffs.
Reports also say that the Steeler minority owners are pressing Art Rooney to fire Tomlin. Also heard that Tomlin had been calling all defensive plays later in the season (may have only been Jags game but didn't hear that full report).
All in all, this team is a train wreck. Great talent but mismanaged. OC Todd Haley is gone. Ben has announced he will be back next year. If the mindset doesn't change here then we can expect much of the same next year. Have a good season, win a bunch of games, then get knocked out of the playoffs in the first game.
