Newbie to this forum

Hello all;

I'm new at this forum stuff, so if I've posted this in the wrong area, please forgive me and point me in the right direction.

I've been lurking on this site for several months now and have really been impressed with the wealth of information and the willingness to share the info. I bought a used boat in August and have viewed this site almost daily, so I thought I would introduce myself and thank all of you for the many fine tips and information that have helped me so much. The boat I bought is a 1998 21' Carolina Skiff Sea Chaser 210 with a 1998 Johnson Ocean Runner 150 V6. Although I've been a fishman most all my life, and have owned a couple of small boats, I'm no where near as knowledgable about boating as everyone on this site. I'm looking forward to learning all I can, with your help, and hope that I can contribute in some way.

Thanks for the welcome bear......the trailer I got with the boat was past the point of repair. I bought a used Roadrunner trailer and in the process of fixin' it up. So far, I've replaced all wiring and lights, buddy bearings, and this weekend carpeting new bunks. Should be ready to transfer the boat this next week. I'll get some pics and post as soon as I make the transfer and clean it up a bit.
