just bought a 12' Jon boat and I want some simple way to avoid having to lift the battery out of the boat every time I need to charge it. Is there some waterproof battery + charger self contained storage unit that I can just keep in the boat and run a long extension cord to it from a shed about 50' away to charge it overnight? I read about some waterproof on board charges is that the way to go?
