New to me motor!

I have a Evinrude 60 HP boat and I do not know if it is a 2 or 4 stroke engine. It has a VRO reservoir. The number is CE60ELCDS. Help please.

Being it's a new to you boat.......MAKE SURE the VRO is working properly before you use it.
