New to boat restoration and need some advice Floor and Stringer Replacement

Hi I am new to boat restoration I just bought a 1977 Rochelle jet boat, and I am replacing the floor and stringers. I have the boat floor and everything removed. I was just wondering what kind of wood you use for the stringers and what size fiberglass to use to fiberglass them in. Also what size fiberglass to use on the floor and what kind of resin or epoxy to use.
