This seems backwards to me, but maybe things have changed in the last 2-3 years. My trailer (2000) came with carisle radials and one of them blew in year two with low miles on it. Damaged my trailer and I was hundreds of miles from home of course. When I did some online research at the time It was easy to find others that had the carisles blow up on them. For the most part I have heard good things about the Goodyear marathons and my father who tows a lot more than me had good luck with his.
I replaced mine this a set of coopers and like them. They only have a few sizes available so they night not work for you. Made in the USA too.
