New switch panel wiring

I am installing a new switch panel and I has the blue and yellow wires for the lights on the individual switches. My question is, how do I run those two wires? With the power and ground (red and black) or separately?
Thanks in advance.

If it is like mine all of the [black-negative] wires attach to the buss bar and the [red-positive] wires for each circuit attach to each switch with spade connectors. No matter what the color of the wires are you have to figure out what is positive and what is negative. I haven't had a lot of problems with hooking up things that were sensitive to polarity. But if something is sensitive to being wired wrong they should tell you which wire is positive and which is negative.
If you are going from a gang switch to a switch panel you might have to do some rewiring to each light. If you have two or more lights that need to go on and off at the same time you can connect the wires between them and then run one red and one black wire back to the switch panel.
Hope this gave you some ideas.

I am going to guess that this is something that is not stock. red is power, black is ground and the 2 colors, blue and yellow, are the switchlegs to the accessories? There is no reason the wires cant follow the same path to get to where they need to go.

If it tells what country made the component you might try to find out what their 12V wiring color codes are. I have seen where Chinese use different colors for trailer wiring. For speaker wire yellow goes to positive.

This is the switch panel. I've figured out that you wire the red and yellow together, and the black and blue together.
Sorry I didn't get back sooner, but I wasn't getting alerts for responses to my question, like I usually do.
I appreciate everyone's input.
And nothing is stock anymore. The stock wiring was atrocious. There were no fuses, and ancient circuit breakers for the trolling motor.
I ran all new wire, bought a fuse block with negative bus, battery shut off, 6 gang switch panel, and a new bilge pump, as the casing on the old one had melted into itself.
Now I just have to figure out how to run all the wires. I'm a bit over my head on this, but I could not, in good conscience, let the wiring go as it was. It was old and brittle, and upon touching any of it, they instantly broke.
It was in dire need of an update, and my wife likes this boat(as I offered to trade or sell it and get another one), so thus was my only option. And it seemed much easier in my head at the time. Lol
So, any tips on how to wire all this up would be greatly appreciated. And pictures are more than welcome.
Thanks again to everyone who commented.
Peace and tight lines.

Without being able to see the pinout legend on the side of the switch i am going ti assume they are illuminated spdt switches. So the one side with 3 spades is the switch side. Center is the common (don't confuse with neg or ground) and depending on the switch position one spade will connect to the common internally in the switch. When toggled the other will connect to the common. For on/off devices power goes to the common and the device connects to one of the other spades and the other either is left blank or can power something else in the opposite position. The other side of the switch with the 2 spades with a gap between would be the 2 terminals for the internal light. Looking at what you wired up didnt quute make sense to me

What do the switches control other then a bilge pump?

I didn't wire anything up in the pics. The switch panel came pre-wired.
Anyway, I've figured it all out now and everything works as it should.
I appreciate the helpful responses.
Thank you all.
