I recently purchased a SPL 170 W/88 Evinrude 
. Was in pretty rough shape I’m slowly getting it in shape. It runs and floats. I haven’t owned a boat in probably 20 years. I sold my last boat when my kids grew up and left the nest. I still remember the basic, well at least some of them
Questions:
where should the the battery be kept ? It was sitting on the deck when I bought the boat.
what’s the capacity of the gas tank?
Anything else I should know about this boat?
