Looks like we'll be moving into a bigger shop March 1st or thereabouts. Without going into any great detail the 'situation' with my new neighbors has become unbearable.
Good news is the shop is 25 x 50 vs the current 20 x 30. Bad news is the rent is more, naturally. I'm hoping to offset the rent increase with the fact that I'll be able to back a boat right in.
