Happy forth of July everyone ,
Well since the stratos is doing well and in the water I have been getting bored sitting ariund on the no boating days so I decided to start a small project I have dismantled and ground the glass where the hole was. I plan on using epoxy because I have it and 8 oz glass again I have it left over . And the motor which will need a rebuild
I am not sure what caused these small holes im guessing somthing was mounted here its on both sides

I laid 1 layer of 8 or 10 oz can't remember what i used on boat. I made it just big enough to cover hole and hold shape and epoxied it in place.

Thank you WOG!!!
So this morning my layup on the outside was 1 layer of 10oz size of hole then 2 layers 3/4" bigger then the previous ones, then 2 layers size of hole 1 layer 3/4" bigger then the previous larger one and 1 layer the size of the hole.
I figured this way I build the center without building the existing hull area.
I"ll porbably do a few more layers on the outside of hull. then a few on the inside.
How many layers can you do at 1 time without worrying about heat?

So earlier after the outside setup I did 3 layers of 10oz over existing starter layer increasing size on each one.
Then since that has set i did 3 more layers on the outside each bigger then the last last being about 12" in diameter then 2 more the size of the hole to kinda make it flush
That is a total of 16 layers of 10 oz. should that be enough?
inside outside

So I started the fairing process. I put it on a little thick so I have extra to try and shape back to hull. I used epoxy and micro balloons

Ok since that one is done I decided to do one for me. The difference is that the actual hull is perfect but the top seems like it got hit by a tree. Well here are the pictures. [URL=http://s963.photobucket.com/user/ahmincha/media/IMG_20160811_171815932_zpsgkz5wdel.jpg.html]
