Had you just charged it when you were Spinning the motor? Have you done the other tests.

Could be corroded wires, bad soloniod or bad starter. You need it to spin up correctly to get a good compression reading. If your compression numbers stay where there at you might think about get rid of it or start tearing it down.

Engine not running what is the exact ohms value measuring the power cables resistance end to end from battery posts to engine connections


engine frame (anywhere) to battery grd post

Solenoid battery side post to bat +12 post

clean all the battery cable connections. remove the starter and clean the mounting pad as that is the ground connection.

get a thread-in compression gauge.
