Mike, happy to hear you are enjoying your engines. One word of caution, if the 15 Hp Honda is moving around a little on you in rough water, use a heavy bungee cord to hold it forward under pressure when you are up and running. I and 3-4 friends who run the Hondas have broke the tilt mechanisms and they are a bear to fix, not to mention 60-70 $ for parts.<br />I have electric start on mine so don't notice the hard start in cold weather, but I do use the manual choke. I also use a Trol-eze electric/hydralic cylinder system for steering. It is made by Goetz Engineering.
