Friz, make certain while doing any floor repair that you take a good look at the fuel tank if its accessible and in that location of repair. In many instances the method of hold down or complete lack there-of or exposure to moisture has deteriorated them. I had to replace the one on my old Searay and pulling the aft cabin apart was a SOB. It was an 88, and the tank was aluminum. The cause of failure on mine was dissimilar metals. A small piece of iron was touching the aluminum, and created a pinhole in the tank. <br />Good luck,<br />measure twice, drill once...
