new flooring

what should i use to secure the floor to the boat i have fiberglassed both sides of the plywood and just wondering what i should use to secure it to the stringers and such?????

It's called a deck or sole - not a floor. Floor's are in houses.
Stainless steel screws, pre-drilled. I would slather some 3M 4200 or 5200 on the screw head before setting. Use a good grade 316, not the cheapo 302 garbage that you'll find in the local hardware store. Even the best boat purveyor's will have the option of each, spend the extra pennies.
Hope you pre fit before sealing.

I would NOT use anything that penetrates the plywood, like screws. Attach the sole to the stringers with a thickened epoxy resin mix.
