new boat not starting

New reinell with 4.3 volvo gxi won't start, started oncE with low rpm for five seconds then won't restart. Checked kill switch all engine connectors. Zero hours on boat with fresh fuel. I need your suggestions please

Take it back to the dealer for warranty repairs. At least call them. NOW, not tomorrow when they may be closed.

Also need full model number or serial number of engine for any kind of help.
