New fuel pump. And checked all the lines to make sure nothing has stopped up new fuel filter, regulator and all. When i throttle up on it it just kinda stalls it stays running soon as I back off of it.
Check your fuel pressure.

You could have a plugged fuel vent or sticking anti-siphon valve.

Start trouble shooting

Normally on the rain hat/flame arrestor cover along with engine serial number and other spec info

Guessing with the replacement long block there's little chance the serial number tag on the block is present

You should see 30 psi so something is making it high. The Reg being new, are you sure it's a 30 psi and not maybe 40? Either that or maybe the gauge is off

If you have a air compressor and air Reg can bench test the fuel Reg

I unhooked the return hose that comes from the fuel regulator to the fuel filter and turn key on gas came out. That would mean that the regulator is working correct. Sorry for all the ? But new to this.

No, but even if it was the Reg should limit pressure to what it's set at.

There is a color ring usually where the vacuum hose connects. What color is it?
