Nescher's boats

I bought a Nescher's Boat about a year ago. Its a +/- 16 foot ski / speed boat set up for a 125 hp outboard. It is very similar in design to some of he late 70's Infinities. I haven't been able to find out much about the company, any information would be appreciated!

here is the manufacture's plate

to the left of "baldwin park" the number 130 is stamped. I'm wondering if that is the number of the boat or the model? Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for the info! I found the lawsuit link a while back, I thought it was pretty interesting reading.
