Thank you once again for having kept Karina in your thoughts and prayers.
I firmly believe they have been heard by God.
Thanks to Him and the miracles of modern medicine and the fine folks attending her she is finally turned the corner to recovery.
The doctor has turned the auxiliary pump down to the lowest levels and hopes to completely remove it by today.
His prognosis is that she will recover but it will be a long road, due to the very massive attack she had.
She will be in a regular room by tomorrow or the next day for several days of observation.
Blessings to all of your Families from ours for thinking of us in this time.

I am very happy to come on here and give the very good news that Karina has turned the corner for the better.
The wonderful care she has received has gotten her off to a very good start on the road to recovery.
The doctors were able to regulate her blood sugar and her heart is working well, considering, all on its own.
She has been released from the hospital as of this afternoon and will be home for at least a couple of weeks of bed rest and recovery.
Once again, all of your good thoughts and prayers are much appreciated and I firmly believe have made the difference.
It is now up to her to adjust her lifestyle and get herself well.
