I recently inherited a starcraft bass fishing boat complete with a 9.9 Johnson Sea Horse motor. What I would like to find out, is the year of the motor and if anyone can tell me what the mixture of gas to oil needs to be. It is a Model # 10RL75C and Serial # E4193228. Any help would be great.
