I have a 65hp merc. I originally thought the impeller was bad. Took the lower unit out, replaced the impeller, put the lower unit back in, started up the motor, no water out the pee hole. Thought the line may be plugged, took the discharge line off the fitting to the pee hole and blew low pressure air down the tube and also sucked air out the tube. I can suck water out the discharge tube but it does not pump out by itself. It was doing this before I changed the impeller too. What's going on?
