Need trained boating eyes, looking at StarCraft and Chaparral

Hey all, two other boats have come up. The starcraft is bigger and has a bigger motor, and looks to be in good condition, but NADA is actually lower on the Starcraft...thoughts?

How many hrs. on the starcraft?
A 20' is alot more boat than an 18'.
