This is a boat I obtained very cheap, and it use it 3-4 days a week since I got it. It is mechanically sound in every way but the floor. Some idiot screwed plywood over the existing rotted floor, so when you hit waves the entire deck lifts and falls. Over the winter I need to gut it and start over.
My only area I am concerned is cutting the new stringers & bulkheads if the existing ones are gone. Of corse you can take the old ones and make a template, but I beleive mine are completely rotted to non existence.
From reading on here, I think I understand how to fiberglass. I am just lost on the measuring and cutting of the new pieces.
