Welcome to Iboats!

The gear lube you can use the good Mercury or Quicksilver High performance lube.
I know Walmart sells the Quicksilver that is a Mercury brand.
Really any 75w-90 marine gear lube will work.Pennzoil makes it also and is less expensive.
You can get the pump to fill it from Walmart also..about 6 bucks.
Be sure to stop by any Johnson-Evinrude dealer and pick up new plastic o-rings for the drain and vent plug.

Fill it slow from the bottom drain hole until it comes out the top hole.Put the top plug in and quickly remove the pump and screw in the bottom plug.
You will lose a little but don't worry.

The prop is a wild guess...can you find any numbers on the old prop?
I think a 19 pitch would be close but hate to guess on that.

The pump will look like this and fits quart bottles,
