As I write, my former wife (and the love of my life) is at an Oncologist to get a verdict on what to do about a malignant polyp removed from her uterus last week. :( <br /><br />I'm not a prayer person and don't believe God intervenes in human affairs, but I will gratefully accept any intervention you guys can influence.<br /><br />Thanks.

I'll say a prayer for you and your soul mate JB.My brothers wife is in her third year of breast cancer treatment and my wifes mother is in remission(6 years) of colon cancer.My family and I will be hoping for the best outcome possible for you and yours old wise one.Hang in there.

JB<br /><br />I had a similar scare with my mother a couple of weeks back. The doctor found a melanoma on her back - and after they removed it, we had to wait a while for the tests to come back to see whether it had spread. Fortunately there was no sign of it spreading :) <br /><br />I hope you get good news like we did. My positive thoughts are with you and your family.

Its sad to hear that news JB. On the news tonight there was a story of a woman 45 years old with just weeks to live. She undergone the chemo just once and it made her real sick.<br /><br />She heard of a diet called Macrobiotics. She was very skeptical of this since she is an RN.<br /><br />Marcobiotics is a diet consisting chiefly of whole grains and beans, a restricted amount of liquids, and non-cereal foods. <br /><br />A persons blood is normally on the acid side. This diet turns the blood into the alkali side of the ph scale. She has completely recovered with no signs of cancer.<br /><br />She said about 80% of her food stuff in the kitchen had to be thrown out because it all the stuff that would not work for her diet. No sugars, not dairy, and no meat.<br /><br />Just something that I thought you might find interesting.<br /><br />Our thoughts and prayers are with you JB.

Good Karma be with you both. My mother had some cancerous skin removed from her nose. They got it in time. The fact that they're dealing with a polyp and not a tumor is already cause for optimism. :)

JB may god be with both of you in your time of need, keep the faith. In 1973 my wife got a type of cancer that was spread by the blood. It started in her uterus and spread, before we went to a cancer center in Chicago, she had it in both lungs (once in 1 lung and twice in the other, while they were treating her for the 3rd reoccurrence in her lungs) they discovered she had a brain tumor and said she was terminal and sent her home. We found the center in Chicago and took her there she was in remission in 6 months, we are still together I don't know how she could put up with me all this time. Don't ever give up the ship---Bob

so many good people suffering makes it tough for me to believe in devine intervention, too, JB, but we do pray God will grant you peace in your time of distress & wisdom to get you through the tough times.
