Need some assistance with J60PLEEB (Johnson 60)

I picked up a Polar Kraft with a 99 Johnson 60. It's needs some work and I'm in search of parts and service manuals.

The parts manual I've found at $30 for a hardback. Does anyone have a link for a pdf? I've seen many sites that sell parts but I like to have a copy for offline usage.

The service manual I cannot find at all. Can anyone assist with this?

What work does the motor need ??-----In 1999 there were troubling times for OMC.-----May not find a 99 specific manual.----A 1997 manual would likely be the same.

download from the link provided... 1990-2001 Evinrude service manua lbook is at the bottom of the listings

Sorry. I'm new so idk what OMC is but it has a fuel leak at the carb. I just brought it in the shop this morning but overall I like to have manuals for the random stuff that comes up. A slightly older book is a great idea! Thanks!
