Need new Mercruiser 3.0 engine HELP!

I just learned that the engine block of my Mercruiser 3.0 engine is cracked and I need to replace the engine. Can anyone help me? Should I buy re-manufactured or new? and where is a place to get one where I won't get ripped off?

I found another replacement 3.0 on eBay last year for my project. Otherwise, just Google Mercruiser 3.0 4 cyl or the like and there will be many options.

if want just an block I got one for an buddy from an fork truck we had to drill and tap a cpl of bosses for mount acc. but no big deal.
