Need info on 4.5 HP Evinrude

My husband bought a 21' sail boat that came with a 4.5 HP Evinrude outboard. The number I could find on it was E5RHLCNR. I need some info on it, such as the year and any specs. If anyone can help, I would be very grateful. <br />Thanks!
