need help

i have a mericruser 140 in board i just had the whole engine rebuilt because i getting the oil mixed with the watter but the problem has not been fixed is there anything els that can cause the problem ,anything els i need to fix please help

flaco,<br /><br />There are really only two places the two can mix.<br /><br />1. Head and/or head gasket.<br /><br />2. Block-cracked.
