Need help with year to get manuel

I have 60hp johnson and i was wondering what year it was so i could get a shop manuel. The model number is TJ60TLCEA and the seriel number is G02264588. If someone could help me out that would be great. Also if you know where to get the best shop manuel could you let me know also. Im trying to adjust the forward and reverse cables.
