Need help with winch setup

Trailer was previously set up with a steel plate going across the I beams and the winch tower was mounted directly to it. However the steel plate failed over time so now I need a solution. I see most trailers have a beam running down the middle of the 2 I beams and the tower is mounted on that beam.

Is that center beam something I can purchase because my trailer currently does not have one?
