I needed a new power pack for my 1989 110 hp evinrude, but I don't know which wires go to which coil. All 4 wires are orange, but with a different color stripe on them. The old power pack was taken off before the new one arrived, and not by me! The new one did not come with instructions or a diagram. Anyone know which one to put where or have a diagram of it?

You should have one powerpack. The cylinders are numbered 1-4 from top to bottom.

Cylinder 1 = Blue/Orange
Cylinder 2 = Purple/Orange
Cylinder 3 = Green/Orange
Cylinder 4 = Red/Orange

Thanks for responding. If you are out of the boat, looking at the motor towards the bow, the #1 cylinder would be the top right and #2 would be below it, then #3 top left and #4 bottom left? Please respond back. Your help in very much appreciated.

The pistons/cylinders are in the order that they attach to the crankshaft, top to bottom:
------------1
2
------------3
4
