Need help with 1968 1.5 HP Johnson model SC-10S

Question I just picked up one of these 1968 1 1/2 hp Johnson engine. I rebuilt the carburetor it has spark and I still cannot get it to fire. Even on Carb cleaner I won’t fire any thoughts suggestions sorry if I hijacked this post first time in this forum.

Does spark jump a gap of 1/4" or more?---------Or put 6 drops of fuel in sparkplug hole.0000Report what happens after wrapping the cord around flywheel about 10 times.
