Need HELP, what prop is better for me?

Hi, my boat is a 20f Larson DC-204 year 1989 with 89 mercury mariner 175hp, i need to know what prop is better for my boat, 14 D x 19 P, 14 D x 21 P, or 14 D x 23 P, im looking for good speed.

We need a baseline of rpms at wot, with whatever prop to start...
