i got 1977 115 johnon out board whene i throtle it it picks up slow then kick in do you think i art to clean carbs bougt this deck boat runs pretty good whene it full throtle but taken of it seems whene u give it throtle it starts of slow thene kicks in

would not hurt, but check spark and compression first, then the carbs, then do a link n sinc. see the TOP SECRET FILE.
