Ok some progress. Changed out TPS, IAC, and MAP sensor. Boat will stay running if I spray carb cleaner in the arrestor and idle at 700rpm. Then if I stop spraying it will stop. So there first I think off is fuel. But the map sensor I got is from AutoZone and it is part number SU208 which is replacement for the one which was on there EZDF-9F479-A2A. I pulled the codes from the computer. I have code 22 only. The 63 which was TPS has gone away. Now could I have gotten a bad MAP? This has got me stumped? I am going to get a fuel pressure tester tomorrow and see what my pressure are. Thank you all. This has been a nightmare.

Not likely, most map sensors are pretty solid

Most likely you still have a vacuum/intake leak and the map sensor is reading a value outside common threshold hence the code

You're on the right track with fuel pump pressure test, would recommend a fuel pump vacuum test as well including an inspection of fuel supply system between tank pickup and pump

Check the Reference voltage at the MAP, should be between 4-6V but should be right at 5V

If the Ref is off it can cause problems with all sensors.

Did you down load the manual from 4share? If so it has testing procedures

Are you getting a consistent audible click out of your ECM relay when turning the key forward but not trying to start the boat?

I wanted to say THANKS to alldodge, Chrisin and EVERYONE ELSE. So the problem was and I don’t know how this happened but I had 2 low pressure pumps hooked up. I have been chasing this for 2 years. Replaced the Hi pressure pump and star d right up. I just wanted to say thanks to this forum and the everyone! I will be taking it out Friday after work to see how it runs on the water. I would imagine I’ll have to adjust idle when on the water.
