Here I would solder the broken part back on.------Or drill tap and adapt a screw with hole drilled in it.----Easy fix for me.

I believe that is the main jet for the upper carb. Start searching the web.

I did not find on on the web. A OB salvage yard is a distinct possibility. Also a plumbing parts store, or even the Home Despot should have a hose barb to threaded adaptor. The question is whether the thread is NPT, and whether that tapered area is needed. You could always drill the hole, if it is necessary.
